I started my journey as a Sleep Consultant with a passion for helping my friends create peaceful, restful nights after they had babies. From there, Sleeping Babies Kent was born, and I’ve been able to help countless parents transform their babies' sleep.

It's hard to filter through all the information online and that is one of the main reasons I love giving personalised support to each family.
My sleep guides are compact downloadable PDF's which you can refer to as you see fit. Once you buy a sleep guide it is yours forever. My sleep packages are thorough, in depth support which can be carried out via zoom or in person with home visits. These will result in a unique, tailored sleep plan for your baby. Please note the home visit package is for Kent clients only.
Think of me like a personal trainer. If my advice is to eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly and you don't stick to the plan, then the results will take longer to achieve. My advice will always make positive improvements, however the hard work is in your hands.
As I'm sure you've read in every baby book and seen a million times online - every baby is different! For a baby who is consuming the correct amount of calories per day and having an age appropriate amount of daytime sleep, babies from 4 months old are able to sleep through the night.
